Subscription and Billing

Access to Services requires a paid subscription. Terms include:

Fees and Charges: You agree to pay applicable subscription fees as stated during registration. Prices may change at our discretion.

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly, automatically charged to your payment method on the subscription renewal date.

No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. No credits or refunds for partially used subscription periods, unless mandated by law.

Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial. Cancel the trial before expiration to avoid charges.

Subscriber Responsibilities

You are responsible for securing your account credentials and actions taken under your account. You agree to:

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us at info@ravan.ai. Terms include:

Effective Date: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access continues until then.

No Refunds: No refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

Cancellation Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent upon cancellation processing. Contact us immediately if you don’t receive this confirmation.

Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges.

Data Handling: Upon cancellation or payment dispute, your account is suspended, and data will be permanently deleted after 30 days. Remaining credits will be forfeited and non-recoverable.

Credits Expiration Policy

Purchased credits must be utilized within six (6) months. Unused credits expire after this period and are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to our Services, including trademarks, trade names, patents, designs, and aesthetics or functionality of the Services, remain solely with Ravan.ai.

User Content
