For business owners and operations managers

One daily task. Software that helps your team do it.

A good fit for established wholesale businesses and contractor teams with repeat office work. Choose one starting point below, or bring a similar task from your business.

Wholesale & distribution

Move details from one agreed order format into your existing system, ready for a person to review.

Wholesale & distribution

See where each order stands

Give your order desk one simple status tool with the next action and the person responsible.

Contractor office teams

Collect job updates in one place

Bring crew updates into a shared view so your office can see which jobs need attention.

Contractor office teams

Track document expiry dates

Keep agreed document dates in one tracker and remind the right person before they expire.

These are example starting points. The US$2,000 one-time offer covers one agreed build. We confirm your systems, access and scope first; larger projects and running costs are separate.

A few good questions

Before we
work together.

Bring the questions that matter to your team. We’ll work through them together.

Talk through your workflow
What does the US$2,000 one-time offer include?

One agreed automation, internal tool, or integration. We agree the scope and acceptance criteria before the build. Larger systems are quoted separately. Hosting, third-party subscriptions and usage charges are separate where needed. The introductory 45-minute working session is free; we use it to confirm whether your task fits the offer.

Where should we start?

Choose one process your team repeats often: enquiry follow-up, receivables chasing, contractor updates or a similar operational task. In a working session, we map the steps, exceptions and systems involved, then agree whether automation is worth investigating.

Will this work with our existing systems?

We assess your CRM, ERP, communication channels and other systems before proposing a build. Access, API availability, data quality and integration limits are confirmed during discovery and documented in the scope.

What stays with our people?

Your team agrees the automation boundary. Sensitive decisions, exceptions and actions that require approval are routed to named people. The workflow records its actions so the process owner can review what happened.

How will we know whether it is working?

We establish a baseline before the build and agree the measures that matter to your workflow. A day-90 review uses that evidence to decide the next step. We do not promise a result before understanding your operation.
