Practical scope

The work we can connect.

Start with one of these repeated activities, then expand only when the first workflow has earned the next step.

  1. 01Inbound calls and messages answered on first ring, in the customer's language
  2. 02Order, delivery, booking and ticket status from your live systems
  3. 03Booking, rescheduling and cancellation end to end
  4. 04Returns, replacements and warranty intake
  5. 05Post-interaction feedback and CSAT capture at scale
  6. 06Routing and warm handover to the right human, with the context attached
  7. 07Complete transcripts, sentiment and outcome tagging on every interaction
Why this work accumulates

Most contact volume is a small number of questions asked many times: where is my order, what are your hours, can I change my booking, how do I return this. Automating the predictable band is straightforward. Doing it without destroying the experience for the customer whose problem is genuinely hard is the actual engineering.

The honest boundary

Know where automation stops.

Two of the most public failures in this category — a fintech that automated two-thirds of chat and later rehired for complex cases, and a bank that reinstated forty-five roles after call volumes rose — both came from automating past the judgement boundary. We set that boundary before the build and we hold it.

Operating context: Contact-centre seats, BPO contracts, helpdesk licences. Discovery tests the business case before a build is proposed.
