The Agni–GoHighLevel integration creates a two-way data flow:
- GHL → Agni: Trigger outbound calls directly from GHL workflows. When a contact hits a specific stage in a pipeline, Agni automatically calls them.
- Agni → GHL: After each call, Agni writes the call outcome, transcript summary, sentiment score, and any data captured (appointment date, payment promise, etc.) directly back to the GHL contact record.

The workflow:
