No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Monthly, annual, or custom-period subscription fees
One-time payments for any service, product, feature, or deliverable
Purchased credits, tokens, AI minutes, API call allowances, or any form of prepaid usage balance
Agni API usage fees, overage charges, and per-minute voice charges
Maya AI Secretary subscription and usage fees
WhatsApp conversation charges, SMS segment fees, and email service fees
AI video production fees and influencer content charges
Setup fees, onboarding fees, implementation charges, or consultation fees
White-label platform licensing and agency partnership fees
Unused portions of any subscription, credit balance, or prepaid service

Changes to service features, pricing, availability, or discontinuation of any service

⏰ ALL CREDITS EXPIRE 6 MONTHS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE

All purchased credits, tokens, AI minutes, API call allowances, usage allowances, prepaid balances, or any other form of prepaid service entitlement ("Credits") will automatically and permanently expire six (6) months from the original date of purchase or issuance, regardless of whether they have been partially or fully used.

Expired Credits are permanently forfeited and cannot be reinstated, reactivated, extended, transferred, converted, or refunded under any circumstances.
No partial refunds, prorated adjustments, account credits, or compensation of any kind will be issued for expired or unused Credits.
It is solely your responsibility to monitor and use purchased Credits within the 6-month expiration period.
We may, but are not obligated to, send courtesy reminders about upcoming Credit expirations. Failure to receive any such reminder does not extend the expiration period.
Promotional, bonus, trial, or complimentary Credits may carry shorter expiration periods as specified at the time of issuance.
Credits are non-transferable between accounts, users, agencies, or sub-accounts, and cannot be sold, exchanged, or converted to cash value.
Credits are tied to the specific service for which they were purchased and cannot be applied cross-platform unless explicitly stated.
Upon account termination (voluntary or involuntary), all remaining Credits are immediately forfeited with no refund or compensation.

2Mediation: If direct negotiation fails, parties agree to mediation before a mutually agreed mediator in Dubai, UAE.
